This is the complete HSK 3.0 Level 1 word list: 300 words with pinyin and English, grouped into the 20 lessons of the HanziNest course. The new HSK 1 replaced the old 150-word HSK 2.0 list, so most older wordlists you find online are out of date.

How many words do I need for HSK 1?
300 words in the new HSK 3.0 standard, up from 150 in the old HSK 2.0 exam.
How long does it take to learn them?
At 15 new words a week — one lesson every two weeks — most beginners finish in about five to six months of steady study.
Do I need to write the characters by hand?
