These terms apply to purchases of digital products from HanziNest (“we”, “us”).
Who sells the product
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you buy
You receive a personal licence to download and use the course files (PDF and MP3) for your own study. You may print them for personal use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
Delivery
Files are delivered digitally right after payment through a download page and by email.
Independence
HanziNest is an independent publisher. Our courses are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any official HSK examination authority. Practice scores do not predict official exam results.
