We want you to be happy with your course. If it isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase at hello@hanzinest.com with your order email, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your download link stops working once the refund is approved.
